Technology Transactions

We regularly draft and negotiate a wide array of information technology agreements tailored for the Canadian market. This includes software licenses, SaaS, statements of work (SoWs), Service level agreements (SLAs) and cloud computing agreements, domestic and international outsourcing contracts, IT distribution agreements (such as Value-Added Reseller (VAR) and  Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)), joint development agreements, data licenses, and IT professional services contracts, as well as agreements for sales of hardware, semiconductors, and semiconductor IP.
