Dominic Alfred is a technology and commercial contracts focused lawyer. His practice concentrates on commercial contracts, privacy compliance and other technology-related matters. Dominic advises businesses and in-house legal teams in various industries and acts as a trusted advisor that provides clear, effective and reliable legal solutions.
Dominic advises clients on procurement and vendor management, contract negotiation, contract lifecycle management, cloud services (SaaS, PaaS and IoT), technology licensing, internet and e-commerce, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), artificial intelligence (AI), privacy compliance and more.
Before practicing law, he worked at a major technology company for over a decade in various roles including information technology, product management and business process transformation. He later started a technology company focused on wearable artificial intelligence healthcare technology. He uses his technology, product and process transformation experience to offer clients practical legal solutions and optimized operations.
Outside of his professional work, Dominic supports Toronto sports teams, spends time in nature across Ontario, keeps up with the latest technology trends and enjoys travel with his family.

Peter Cimpoesiu serves as the Head of Operations for Alfred Law.
Drawing on over a decade of experience as an entrepreneur, Peter manages the firm’s daily operations and behind-the-scenes strategy. His broad expertise spans everything from project management and client coordination to targeted marketing initiatives. By leveraging contemporary technology and modern business frameworks, Peter ensures the firm operates at peak efficiency while strictly maintaining the high standards of privacy and confidentiality our clients depend on.
Prior to joining Alfred Law, Peter successfully founded and operated a media and arts enterprise, which involved extensive travel across Canada for industry events and conventions. His commercial artwork led to high-profile collaborations with major fitness and fashion brands.
In addition to his corporate role, Peter is an internationally exhibited fine artist and writer. His pop art paintings are held in private collections worldwide, from Japan to Germany, and his written work has been featured across various online publications.
